WIND DANCER is a shallow draft (6’), Scheel keel version of this most popular Swan 46. WIND DANCER is hull number 41 of over 100 Swan 46s built over a 14 year production time period.

ACCOMMODATIONS

GENERAL ARRANGEMENT

Sleeps 6. 2 in each of the 2 sleeping cabins and 3 in the main saloon. 2 heads. Hand rubbed, varnished teak interior throughout. Teak and holly cabin sole (varnished, 3 coats, top and bottom, 2012). Off white vinyl headliner.

FORWARD CABIN

Offset double bunk to port with new foam (2012) with ample locker space under.  Fold up pipe bunk to starboard. Seat to starboard. Aircraft lockers to port. Lockers aft to port. Hanging locker aft to starboard.

FORWARD HEAD

Located aft of the forward cabin and on the port side. White fiberglass unit to half height. Dometic Electric head. Sink with pressure hot and cold water. Telephone type shower. Teak shower grate.

MAIN SALOON

"U" shaped settee to port with pilot berth out board. Straight settee to starboard with shelving and lockers outboard. Tan upholstery. Entertainment center starboard side with Polaroid HDMI TV and DVD player. Fixed table on centerline with folding leaves each side.

NAVIGATION STATION

Located aft of the saloon and on the starboard side. Forward facing. Double seat. Surrounded with navigation and communication instruments as well as the electrical panel. Chart storage. Drawers.

GALLEY

Located aft of the saloon and on the port side in the walkway to the aft cabin. Double stainless steel sinks aft and outboard with pressure hot and cold water. Next forward is the Force 10, propane, 3 burner stove with oven. Iceberg side loading fridge and Iceberg top loading freezer.

ENGINE SPACE

Access to the engine space is from under the companionway steps and from a removable panel in the galley. Treads on companionway steps replaced (2012).

AFT CABIN

Offset double bunk to starboard with new foam (2012) with a quarter round seat to port. Vanity forward and on centerline with mirror. Hanging locker to port. Lockers to starboard. Drawers under bunk. Storage under bunk and between bunk and seat. 2 fans.

AFT HEAD

Located forward of the aft cabin and on the starboard side. Same as forward head.
