New to Market
Swan 44 mkII ARCTIC ROSE for sale with Yeoman Yachts
Swan 44 mkII for sale:

ARCTIC ROSE

The Swan 44mkII hull was originally designed in the late 1980s as the Swan 44mkI. With some modifications to the fins, the deck plan and some of the interior, this iconic Swan was given a new lease on life and it wasn't until 2003 Nautor finally stopped producing this model.

Since then, the timeless Swan 44mkII has always been popular on the brokerage market.

Originally named ABELAINA, ARCTIC ROSE was purchased in 2010. She sailed to Bermuda and the Caribbean, and later to Florida and Georgia. Recently ARCTIC ROSE was trucked to San Diego, where she remains today.

This is now an estate sale with the extended family continuing to enjoy this beautiful Swan.

ARCTIC ROSE is uniquely set up for cruising with roller furling for the headsail as well as the staysail. Her single cockpit and electric winches make her easy to sail shorthanded.

While the teak decking is original, it has been well maintained and still have lots of life in it.

ARCTIC ROSE has an interior ideal for up to 2 couples. Each of the sleep cabins has its own head. With the recently added generator and air-conditioning, one can cruise hotter climates in more comfort.

ARCTIC ROSE is in full commission and she is ready for her next owner to cruise any ocean of their choice.
