Hull

Infusion molded E-glass/vinylester laminate with carbon reinforcements in selected areas.

Sandwich with closed cell foam cored hull, with higher density foam in bottom and slamming areas.

Fiber reinforcements are multiaxial and unidirectional.

Steel fin “T” keel with lead with antimony bulb.

Keel has upper flange recessed into the hull.

The fin is epoxy coated and bolted to hull with high tensile steel bolts.

Original class spade rudder.

Additional non-class rudder which is better for ocean racing and heavy air sailing.
